I found it a great workout for my muscles as well as keeping away the back pain that comes with pregnancy. I would highly recommend Tetbury Pilates and will be following my recommended exercises to ensure my strength is regained after the birth.
Women can usually start exercising 6 weeks after a natural delivery and 10 weeks after a caesarean, but please check with your doctor before starting any kind of exercise. Carefully selected exercises provide a full body workout whilst focusing on the abdominals, the pelvic floor, the entire back and the shoulders.
